In the Spring 2018 semester, I worked as a graduate assistant at the University of Pittsburgh’s World History Center. Along with my partner Alexandra Mountain, I completed a public history project, also affiliated with the Heinz History Center’s Western Pennsylvania Sports Museum. Alex and I interviewed players, former players, coaches, administrators to understand how developments in international sport impacted local youth sport in Pittsburgh.
